While the UN has their Climate Change conference in Cancun, COP16, Cancun records an entire month of record low temperatures!

It would be hard to make up something funnier than this. Not only has Europe been hammered with the coldest weather it has seen in a century, but the “Gore Effect” can even reach the tropics. I wonder if the UN will ever feel as if someone is trying to tell them something? I doubt it.

Jonas Monast, Tim Profeta and David Cooley of Duke’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions think the EPA should proceed with New Source Performance Standards within the Clean Air Act that would “comprehensivly” deal with green house gases starting in January 2011.

Remember when President Obama said under his “cap and trade system” energy prices would necessarily skyrocket?

Over the last year the price of Heating Oil has increased by 30%, Crude Oil has increased 25%, and Unleaded Gas has increased by 26%. Most of you have felt these inflationary prices already. 

How much more expensive would the elite’s at Duke prefer the prices of everyday necessities to go in the name of wealth redistribution scheme of man-made climate change?

Beck has been saying for quite a while that the masks the socialists, communists, and progressives have been hiding behind will begin to come off. That they will in essence stop hiding. Are these “revelations” from WikiLeaks the means by which the US Government has “outed” itself about the true wealth re-distributive purpose of the climate change hoax? The UN IPCC already has.

Ottmar Edenhofer, a leading member of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC),  told the world that:

“This [the work of the IPCC] has almost nothing to do with environmental policy.  [W]e redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy”

The masks are coming off. The gloves will be coming off next… who will win this battle for continued soverignty and liberty of the United States is still to be determined.

Imagine that… more catastrophic claims about rising sea levels were….only off by…well half.  Why?

Does anyone really believe they are even melting any more or less than they always have?

On the other hand, President Obama did prophesy during his campaign that if elected, the seas would stop rising.

MIT atmospheric physicist Dr. Richard Lindzen testifies to Congress: “The evidence is that the increase in CO2 will lead to very little warming, and that the connection of this minimal warming (or even significant warming) to the purported catastrophes is also minimal. The arguments on which the catastrophic claims are made are extremely weak.”

On November 17, 2010 Dr. Richard S. Lindzen, an atmospheric physicist with MIT testified to the House Subcommittee on Science and Technology about the evidence behind the hysteria of CO2 mediated global warming.

Dr Lindzen does a great job explaining many of the fallacies in the CO2 mediated theory of climate change. I would encourage anyone that has ever been skeptical of the man-made climate change theory to read these slides. In his conclusion Dr Lindzen says:

“Perhaps we should stop accepting the term, ‘skeptic.’ Skepticism implies doubts about a plausible proposition. Current global warming alarm hardly represents a plausible proposition.”

 I could not agree more.
